Hey everyone, I'm a 22-year-old fitness freak who's been in love with training for the past four years. My journey has taught me so much. Many years ago, I struggled with eating disorders and found it hard to love myself, especially my body. I lived in fear of eating and viewed food as my enemy.
Thanks to my wonderful family, who stood by my side, I learned that food is not something to fear. They reminded me that I am beautiful just as I am, unique in every aspect.
