Baked cinnamon pears

Ingredients

  • Maple Syrup - 3 pcs (20 g)
  • Pear - ½ pcs (80 g)
  • Pumpkin seeds - 3 pcs (10 g)
  • Soy yogurt, Plain - 140 g, 2% fat

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (gas) or 350°F (fan)
  2. Cut the pears in half and use a spoon to scoop out the center
  3. Add the pumpkin seeds to the center of each pear halve. (If you have extra then you can bake them alongside the pears)
  4. Drizzle the pears with maple syrup
  5. Sprinkle over the cinnamon and bake in the oven for around 25 minutes or until the pear has softened
  6. Serve the pears with the yogurt and top with the remaining pumpkin seeds.
