Ingredients

  • 200g Zucchini
  • 200g Potatoes
  • 5g Olive Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Grate the zucchini and put them in a baking towel
  2. Squeeze the towel to get rid of the water in the zucchini
  3. Set the oven at 420F / 220 C
  4. Boil the potatoes for 10-15 minutes. Let them cool down before grating them
  5. Mix together with some salt and form them like cylinders, and put in the freezer for 5 minutes
  6. Brush the olive oil and bake in oven for 30 minutes and turn the bites 1-2 times
  7. Enjoy!
