Ingredients

  • 1,5dl Liquid from chickpeas
  • 1 Splash lemon juice
  • 5g Vanilla sugar/powder
  • 150g Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 100 degrees C.
  2. Save the liquid that is in the package of the chick pease (use them in another recipe).
  3. Mix the liquid, vanilla, lemon juice with a handmixer.
  4. When you have a nice smooth mass, add the sugar, a bit at the time.
  5. Mix/whip to a "solid" mass, not too hard though, you should be able to turn the bowl upside down.
  6. Pipe the meringue on a baking paper and bake for 1h.
  7. Turn the over off and let them stay in for one more hour.
  8. Enjoy!
