Ingredients

  • Avocado, ripe - 1/2pcs (60g)
  • Cucumber - 1/2 pcs (130g)
  • Olive oil - 1 1/2 pcs (5g)
  • Tuna in water, canned - 1 pcs (120g)
  • Whole wheat pasta, uncooked - 75g

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet in a pot of lightly salted water.
  2. Meanwhile, drain the tuna. Rinse and dice the cucumber. Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh and dice it.
  3. Mix the pasta with the oil, tuna, cucumber and avocado. Season with salt, pepper and any other herbs or spices of your choice and serve.
