Ingredients

  • Avocado, ripe - 1/2 pcs (35g)
  • Cottage cheese, 2% milkfat, lowfat - 140g
  • Whole grain rye bread - 1 1/2 pcs (65g)

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh and slice it.
  2. Add the cottage cheese and the sliced avocado to the rye bread. You may want to toast the rye bread before adding the toppings. Season with salt, pepper and possibly a bit of lemon juice to taste.
