Ingredients

  • 140g Quinoa
  • 0,5dl Water
  • 5g Baking powder
  • 5g Salt
  • 35g Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put the quinoa in a bowl and cover with 2-3cm of water and stir so the quinoa sinks to the bottom of the bowl
  2. Let it soak for 8 hours over night
  3. Mix all ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth dough
  4. Spread it on a baking sheet or a patty pan (making it 0,5cm thick)
  5. Bake at 220 C for 12-15 minutes and then flip it for another 12-15 min
  6. Let it cool down
  7. Put your topping on and bake again as long as your topping needs
  8. Enjoy!
