Ingredients

  • 15 g Cacao Powder
  • 40 g Protein Powder
  • 20 g Butter, salted
  • 40 g Sukrin Gold
  • 25 g Egg white
  • 5 g vanilla extract/powder
  • 5 g baking powder
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in microwave for about 10 seconds.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients i a bowl, sukrin, cacao, protein powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
  3. Whip the egg in another bowl so they get a solid "foam", then carefully add the dry ingredients, vanilla extract and the butter.
  4. Add some water if the dough is too dry.
  5. Put the dough in cups and bake in a microwave for 50 sec in 800 W. Depending on model, you maybe need to cook for about 15 sec extra.
  6. Let them cool, store or eat them as they are.
