  • 1dl water
  • 1 tea spoon cinnamon
  • A pinch of vanilla powder
  • TOPPING:
  • 1/2 Kiwi
  • 20g Raspberries
  • 20g Blackberries
  • 5g Pecan nuts
  • 5g Dark Chocolate
  • +1 glass yalla protein milk! (200g)
