Ingredients

  • Chickpeas, drained - 200 gram
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (15 grams)
  • BBQ spice
  • Chili powder
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Set the oven at 175c/ 350F.
  2. Rinse the chickpeas very throughly and ensure that no starch is left.
  3. Put the chickpeas on a kitchen towel and dry them gently til’ they’re completely dry.
  4. Place the chickpeas on an oven tray covered with a baking sheet and place it in the oven.
  5. After 15 min, take the tray out from the oven and drizzle the olive oil on the chickpeas, shake the tray well, then put it back in the oven for another 15 min.
  6. Take the tray out the last time and add your spices, again, shake the tray well.
  7. Place it back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
