Ingredients

  • 20 g almond flour(low fat)
  • 5 g Lemon peel
  • 10 g Coconut oil
  • 35 g Carrot
  • 60 g Sukrin gold
  • 40 g Flour
  • 140 g Egg white
  • 5 g Vanilla powder or 1 vanilla bean
  • 5 g Cinnamon
  • 5 g Baking powder

Instructions

  1. Set the oven at 180 Celcius / 350 Farenheit
  2. Mix flour, almond flour, 50% of the sukrin, vanilla, cinnamon and baking powderGrate the carrot and add it with the citron peel, coconut oil and the ingredients in step nr2.
  3. Whip the egg white until it is get a solid texture and add the rest of the sukrin. You should be able to turn the bowl up side down and the dough shouldn't fall out!
  4. Add the dry ingredients carefully with the egg white and fill the cups.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
