Ingredients

  • Coconut oil - 1 1/2 pcs (5g)
  • Cranberries, dried - 10g
  • Egg white, Pasteurized - 1 pcs (30g)
  • Oats - 30g
  • Protein Powder - 15g
  • Sukrin Gold - 3 pcs (10g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius
  2. Mix the oats, sukrin, cranberries, baking powder, and protein powder in a bowl.
  3. Add the egg white and coconut oil and mix the cookie dough well.
  4. Divide the dough in equally sized balls and place them on a baking plate with a baking paper.
  5. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 5-10 minutes until they are lightly golden.
  6. Let the cookies cool off and serve.
