Ingredients

  • Cod: 400 g
  • Onion: 50 g
  • Carrots: 150 g
  • Parsnip: 150 g
  • Celery root: 150 g
  • Cream low fat 4%: 3 dl
  • Fresh or dried dill to sprinkle over the cod
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Use fresh or thawed cod.
  2. Set the oven to 175 degrees Celsius or 350 Farenheit.
  3. Put the fish in a ovenware, make sure to have space left for the vegetables.
  4. Salt and pepper the fish.
  5. Prepare carrots, parsnips, onion and the celery root and cut them into the similar sizes, if you prefer. About 1x1 cm. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  6. Heat the frying pan to medium/high heat and fry the vegetables for 1 minute until they got a little bit of color.
  7. Add the cream and boil for 4-5 minutes.
  8. Pour the cream and vegetables over the cod and set it in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve as it is with dill or with squeezed potato.
