Chicken sandwich with avocado
- Avocado, ripe - 1/2 pcs (40g)
- Chicken Slices (cold cut, cooked and roasted) - 2 pcs (30g)
- Iceberg Lettuce - 1 pcs (10g)
- Tomatoes - 20g
- Whole wheat bread - 2 pcs (95g)
- Toast the bread
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh and slash it. Rinse and slice the lettuce and tomatoes.
- Add the lettuce, tomato, and chicken to the bread to make a sandwich.
