Ingredients

  • Avocado, ripe - 1/2 pcs (40g)
  • Chicken Slices (cold cut, cooked and roasted) - 2 pcs (30g)
  • Iceberg Lettuce - 1 pcs (10g)
  • Tomatoes - 20g
  • Whole wheat bread - 2 pcs (95g)

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread
  2. Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh and slash it. Rinse and slice the lettuce and tomatoes.
  3. Add the lettuce, tomato, and chicken to the bread to make a sandwich.
