Ingredients

  • Carrots - 1 pcs (60g)
  • Cashew nuts, unsalted - 3 pcs (5g)
  • Cottage Cheese, 2% - 105g
  • Cucumber - 50g
  • Whole grain rye bread - 1 pcs (50 g)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the carrots and cucumber and cut them into slices.
  2. Toast the bread
  3. Add the cottage cheese to a bowl and mix in the chives and garlic powder
  4. Serve the cottage cheese dip with the vegetables and bread slice. Eat the cashews on the side.
