Quick, easy and delicious dinner or lunch full of proteins. You can add other ingredients of course, but these are my favorites. Hope you like it!

Ingredients

  • Edamame Beans
  • 1 Chicken filet
  • ¼ Cucumber
  • Lettuce
  • ½ Avocado
  • Tabasco
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 2 ts olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the edamame beans for 3 minutes before cleansing them with cold water
  2. Cut the Chicken and fry them on a pan
  3. Cut the cucumber, lettuce and avocado
  4. Put the beans, chicken, lettuce and cucumber together in a big bowl
  5. Mix the avocado, some tabasco drops, lemon juice and olive oil together by hand or in a food processor to make an avocado-stew
  6. Put the avocado-stew in the bowl together with all the other ingredients and stir
  7. Enjoy!
