Prepare the night before and enjoy as breakfast or lunch. Add topping of your choice. What about your favorite fruit or some nuts.

Ingredients

  • 1 dl Oatmeal
  • 2 dl Water
  • 1/2 dl Natural Yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Mix the water and oatmeal and put a lid on it
  2. Store in the fridge during the night
  3. When it is breakfast or lunch time stir the mix
  4. Add the yoghurt
  5. Add topping of your choice
  6. Enjoy!
