Super quick and easy pancakes with only 3 ingredients
Here comes a super easy, but super good recipe on how to make banana pancakes with only 3 ingredients. These pancakes are perfect for breakfast, lunch or as a snack – because trust me, they are THAT good. Add topping of your choice, or just eat them as they are. These are easy to make, healthy and gives a great amount of energy.
- 2 Egg
- 1 Banana
- 1 dl oatmeal
- Put everything except from the butter in a blender, or a bowl, and mix it all together.
- Fry the pancakes in a frying pan over medium heat. Approx 2 min each side. Make sure the pan is hot when starting.
