Protein Bread

Protein packed bread for you to share or to store in the freezer. This recipe is for 10 portions.
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 20g Pofiber
- 10g Psyllium hush
- 5g Baking Powder
- 5g Salt
- 25g Olive oil
- 25g Walnuts
- 25g Dried fruit(apricots or what you prefer)
- 200g Cottage Cheese
Instructions
- Whipe the egg to a fluffy mass, add cottage cheese and oil
- Mix all dry ingridients
- Now, mix everthing together and let it rest for 5 min
- Shape the dough, less than a handful, into balls
- Place them at a baking sheet and use your hands to make them flat, about 1-2 cm thin
- Use a beating egg and brush them and top with dried herbs
- Bake at 200c/390 FH about 15 min
