Ingredients

  • 140 g quinoa
  • 0,5 dl water
  • 5g baking powder
  • 5g salt
  • 35 g olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put the quinoa in a bowl and cover with 2-3 cm of water.
  2. Stir a bit so the quinoa sinks to the bottom of the bowl.
  3. Let it soak for 8 hours over the night!
  4. Mix all ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth dough.
  5. Spread it out on a baking sheet or a patty pan, it should be about 0,5 cm thick.
  6. Bake at 220 C for 12-15 min and then flip it for another 12-15 min.
  7. Then let it cool down.
  8. Put your topping on and bake again as long as your topping needs.
