Perfect dish for cold autumn evenings!

Ingredients

  • 50g Onion
  • 200g Crushed tomatoes(with chili if you find it in your store)
  • 90gram(1dl) Red Lentils
  • 3-4dl Water
  • 1 Vegetable Bouillon Cube
  • 1 Pinch of Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion in preferably sizes and fry it in olive oil in a saucepan.
  2. Add the rest ingredients and let it boil with a lid on low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Chop fresh cilantro before served!
